Product design partner to a Singapore software house, from client platforms to its own company profile.

Context

Forest AI is a Singapore software house building B2B platforms, CRM systems, websites, and mobile apps for businesses across the region.

Challenge

Client work moved fast and touched many products at once. Forest AI needed a partner who could turn requirements into clear developer scopes, design interfaces its clients would enjoy using, test what shipped, and present its own capabilities with the same care.

Strategic insight

Treat scope as design. We wrote developer work scopes in Jira alongside personas, user stories, and journey maps, so every build started from an agreed picture of the user rather than a feature list.

Solution

We designed web and mobile interfaces for Forest AI's client projects — including consultation scheduling and meal plans for Farmz, CRM contact and group management, and profile and payment flows — designed and built Forest AI's company profile in Webflow, and ran manual QA with test cases and bug reports.
